Office Visits

Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and to ensure you receive the best care possible.

In preparation for your first visit, please complete the New Patient paperwork and bring any current x-rays from your former dental office.

During your first visit, we will:

  • Review your dental and medical history forms
  • Take X-rays of your teeth and mouth (if needed)
  • Check your teeth and gums for any cavities or signs of tooth decay or gum disease
  • Take diagnostic pictures
  • Schedule your first visit with the hygienist for an appropriate cleaning

At this visit the doctor will meet with you to discuss your X-rays, work with you to create your own individual treatment plan, and answer any questions you may have.

Bring your smile, but also remember to bring your insurance card with you to your first appointment.

The American Dental Association recommends visiting your dentist every six months for regular checkups and routine teeth cleanings to keep your teeth and gums healthy.

We understand you have a busy schedule, so when you’re preparing to visit the dentist, please remember that appointments can last between 45 and 90 minutes.
